Introduction of WEAS energy monitoring and analysis system

WEAS energy monitoring and analysis system

Wanzhou Electric provides customers with core values.

Functional building

Adopt advanced, mature and effective design mode for construction.

Use. Net technology to develop software.

Reasonable structure, good openness and easy expansion.

The software function is customized, and the function expansion only needs little modification.

The comprehensive cost of development and maintenance is low, the system availability is good and the utilization rate is high.

Support a variety of control protocols, freely connect various widely used PLC, DCS, ERP, comprehensive insurance system, etc.

Support SOA architecture, and all its background applications are based on. NET technology.

System function

data acquisition

Data acquisition is the basis of data statistical analysis by WEAS, which can realize real-time monitoring, alarm, analysis, calculation and statistics of enterprise operation data. Collection types include electricity, water, coal, steam and other energy sources.

The period of data acquisition can be set, generally between100 ~ 500ms.

It can support data monitoring of up to 30,000 points.

real-time monitoring

Users can systematically understand the overall distribution of energy consumption by looking at the energy system diagram, power primary diagram, water pipe network diagram, steam diagram and equipment list.

Compared with simple data display, graphical data display can let users know the position of equipment in the system more vividly. Through the parameter data, we can accurately understand the running state and energy consumption of the equipment.

Online analysis

Real-time power quality detection

On-line analysis of voltage deviation, voltage imbalance, voltage and current harmonics, power factor and frequency deviation of energy-consuming equipment, and output analysis report to provide basis for users to optimize power quality.
