The new landmark in Shenzhen is Jingji Building, which is located at the core of the business circle of Caiwuwei Financial Center in Luohu District. The main building has 98 floors and is 439 meters high. It is the eighth tallest landmark in the world with a total construction area of 22, square meters. Jingji Building is a key construction project in Shenzhen, with internationally renowned architectural design companies such as TFP and ARUP as the main projects. Upon completion, Jingji Building will surpass Shanghai Jinmao Building and Guangzhou International Financial Center to become the third tallest building in China. Jingji Building will be put into the 211 Universiade this year. According to the plan, the building will be officially delivered in August, and part of the hotel will be used for the Universiade.
