The Liufu Ancestral Hall located on the mountainside has a history of more than 340 years and has been rebuilt four times.

Now the square has been expanded into a red cultural square. It is not only a holy place for our Liufu people to respect and pursue their ancestors, but also a base for red culture and patriotism education. Its unique characteristics make it a famous ancient temple in Leizhou Peninsula and even Guangdong. In view of the weak cultural atmosphere and insufficient humanistic heritage in the temple, after issuing an initiative on the renovation and cultural construction of the ancestral temple in the sixth issue of "Liu Fu Homeland", it received responses and appeals from the majority of clan members.
