Conference reception process and standards

Conference reception process and standards are as follows:

First, before the meeting.

1. Consult with the conference organizer.

2. Provide the information needed for the meeting, such as air tickets, tickets, hotels, venues, transportation, etc. And make a complete meeting plan for the meeting party.

3. Assign a special person to assist customers to inspect the food, accommodation, venue, tourism, entertainment and other related aspects of the venue.

2. During the meeting.

1. Conference reception: There are special people at airports and stations who are responsible for etiquette, airport pick-up and tackling key problems. Welcome AM, welcome board, sign-in desk, signs, etc. shall be placed in hotels and conference rooms in advance.
