I come from Wuxi, Jiangsu.

I graduated from Wuxi Normal University in 2006 (I have been studying in Xuzhou Normal University for the second year now), and my ability has been well received by all teachers.

Because the family is ordinary, there is no social relationship at all. At that time, when I was looking for a job, I turned it over and over again, knowing that my ability was better than that of the successful applicants, but their excellent "relationship" made me miserable.

In order to find a job (teacher), I traveled all over Jiangyin, Wuxi, and I submitted more than 40 resumes alone. However, those units have local protection policies, and always take care of graduates from their own towns or those from other towns who must have a bachelor's degree or above. I suddenly became very confused. I'm really anxious. Later, I changed my direction and developed towards a website designer (I majored in computer science). I spend 18 hours in front of the computer to study website design every day, but when I applied for the job, I found that my zero experience was just a drop in the ocean compared with those who had worked for 2-3 years, and I found that my knowledge was so shallow.

Later, I learned that finding a job is my most confident (compared with other occupations). After the job fair, in July, I finally received a notice from a school in Wuxi asking me to go for an interview. After dozens of interviews, I went without hesitation. After three days of interview, the teacher was very skilled and the other party was a little moved by me. But the headmaster told me that I am not from my own town and have a low education. After returning home, I called the headmaster almost every day to ask about the situation, because I knew this might be my last chance. After a month of persistence, the Education Bureau finally released me from this list, so I found this job. Although the current workload is more than five times that of other colleagues (working overtime to 1 1 every day), the leaders in my group are lazy and they all give me the work. It seems that the headmaster did it. I will laugh when I think of my previous job hunting experience.

Brother, I hope my experience can give you some inspiration. If you change your major, it means that you are starting from scratch again, and your experience is much less than others. Sometimes you don't have to eat if you stick to it.
