China Coal Pingshuo General Manager Level

The general manager of China Coal Pingshuo Group is Yi Maosen, and Xu Zhiyuan is the deputy general manager of the group.

China Coal Pingshuo currently has a total coal resource of 9.086 billion tons approved by the state, more than 10,000 employees, and total assets of 41 billion yuan. In the past five years, the company's raw coal output has increased at a rate of tens of millions of tons per year. In 2010, it produced 103.88 million tons of raw coal and achieved an industrial output value of 28.9 billion yuan. From 1982 to the end of 2010, a total of 750 million tons of raw coal had been produced, 569 million tons of commercial coal had been transported from abroad, and the death rate per million tons of raw coal produced was 0.035; the cumulative total industrial output value (current price) was 140.8 billion yuan, and various taxes and fees were paid 245 billion, and export earnings were US$4.989 billion.

After 20 years of development and construction, China Coal Pingshuo now has two large-scale open-pit mines, Antaibao and Anjialing, and three large-scale underground mines, namely, the first underground mine, the second underground mine, and the third underground mine. It is a modern underground mine with five supporting coal washing plants and two dedicated railway lines. It is currently the largest and most modern open pit coal mining enterprise in my country. The four production mines are all named special high-yield and high-efficiency mines. Pingshuo Mining Area has become an important export thermal coal production base in China and has been officially listed by the country as one of the 13 major coal bases in the country. The east open-pit coal mine project under construction includes three individual projects: an open-pit mine, a coal preparation plant and a dedicated railway line. The open-pit mine has a designed annual raw coal production capacity of 20 million tons. After the projects under construction are completed, the company's annual production scale will exceed 100 million tons.

Pingshuo Mining Area adopts advanced open pit joint mining method to produce raw coal, which greatly improves the resource recovery rate. The open-pit production adopts the semi-continuous mining process of "single-bucket electric shovel-truck-semi-fixed crushing station-belt conveyor", with a mechanization degree of 100 and an open-pit mine resource recovery rate of 96.2. The underground production adopts fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology, and the recovery rate of the working face reaches 85%. All raw coal in the mining area is washed, and the supporting coal washing plant adopts a full heavy-medium washing process, a fully closed-circuit cycle, and automated production. It produces more than ten varieties of washed coal, washed mixed coal, and level mixed coal. The quality is stable and reliable, the calorific value is balanced, and the varieties are diverse. It is exported to Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and other places and the five major power companies as well as Zhejiang Electric Power Company and Yuedian Electric Power Co., Ltd. and other large local power enterprises, which enjoy a high reputation in the domestic and international markets.
