How do minors check into hotels?

Under normal circumstances, minors can't stay in hotels.

Because staying in a hotel is a civil act, minors cannot stay in a hotel.

But under special circumstances, minors can also stay in hotels.

First, when minors retire, their parents give the hotel company written authorization; Second, minors employ domestic service, but they have proof from their parents and a letter of guarantee signed by their parents and the hotel; Thirdly, I tracked the students' English activities arranged by the school and bought a room at a group price.
