How to compensate for the expropriation of hotels in epidemic countries

Legal basis: Article 8 of the Administrative Measures of Anhui Province on Compensation for Emergency Expropriation of Property. In response to emergencies, if the property of citizens, legal persons and other organizations is expropriated according to law, or damaged or lost after expropriation, the people's government at or above the county level shall make compensation according to the evaluation or reference to the value at the time of expropriation. The expropriation implementation unit shall apply for compensation funds to the financial department at the same level within seven days after the use of the expropriated property, and the financial department shall review the application materials within fifteen days, and allocate the compensation funds of the expropriated units and individuals in accordance with the prescribed procedures and standards.
