At the time of registration, the corresponding authorized institution shall be selected according to the provisions of Article 4 of this announcement, and the corresponding audit confirmation point shall be selected according to the system prompt.

The first stage: conditional preparation

The application materials for teacher qualification certificate need to be prepared in advance, including ID card, household registration information or residence permit, academic certificate, teacher qualification examination certificate, Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate, teacher qualification application form, 1 inch ID photo and other materials. The specific information materials submitted shall be subject to the announcement issued by the local accreditation body.

The second stage: online declaration

To apply for teacher qualification online, you need to log in to China Teacher Qualification Network, and then the applicant clicks on "Teacher Qualification Applicant Online Newspaper Portal" to register. After entering, you can choose an accredited institution to fill in the application materials. After completing the application, candidates can confirm the information declaration.

Stage III: On-site confirmation

Applicants need to send the prepared materials to the on-site confirmation point within the specified time. It should be noted that the information confirmed by the applicant on site should be consistent with the information declared online; Physical examination should be carried out in hospitals at or above the county level designated by the administrative department of education.

The fourth stage: qualification identification and certificate issuance

After the accreditation body completes the on-site audit, it will issue a teacher qualification certificate to the applicant who meets the accreditation conditions, and the applicant will take the original ID card to the on-site accreditation body within the specified time.
