The company is controlled by Hunan Land Capital Management Co., Ltd. and managed by the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Land and Resources, with a registered capital of 654.38 billion yuan. The company's main task is to be responsible for the construction and management of investment and financing of railway construction projects in our province, exercise the income right of state-owned assets formed by investment according to law, and carry out investment, operation and asset management of railway construction-related industries. According to the deployment of the provincial government, the reconstruction projects of Hengchaji Railway and Gui Xiang Double Track Railway, which will be started this year, will be invested and constructed by the company on behalf of the provincial government.
