Yunnan Kunming Dali Lijiang Travel Guide

Yunnan is a super tourist province. It is located in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with four seasons like spring. It has a very long history and splendid ancient culture. Many famous historical and cultural cities have been preserved here, such as Lijiang and Dali. The following is a travel guide for Lijiang, Kunming, Yunnan.

Because it is a big tourist province, rich in tourism resources, and our time is limited, we simply photographed three places: Kunming, Lijiang and Dali. Relatively speaking, I prefer Dali, then Kunming and finally Lijiang. For me, a Cantonese, the taste of Yunnan cuisine is quite good, because I have been to other places to eat very ordinary before, and I am very satisfied this time. My requirement for traveling is to eat well and sleep well, so this article has no money-saving strategy. The cost of one person is more than 4 thousand and 5 thousand for seven days (excluding the money bought by crazy buy buy)

This is a travel guide with many defects but full of sincerity.

July is the rainy season in Yunnan, so it rained a lot when I went. Remember to bring rain gear. In addition, although the temperature there is not high, the intensity of ultraviolet rays is very strong. Wear sunscreen, clothes and a hat. There is a big temperature difference between morning and evening, so prepare a thin coat.

The cost of taking a taxi and eating is not mentioned in the travel notes. Because of the differences in the number of people, the route arrangement and the quality of travel, there is no reference here.

Day 1 Jieyang (Shantou) to Kunming Changshui

Our plane leaves Shantou Central City at 6: 30 at 8: 00 in the morning (the cost is 150 for two people). 1 1 arrive at Kunming Changshui airport.

As we were going to Lijiang by train at night, we took a taxi and opened an hourly room (Hanting Railway Station Store) near the railway station, and had a rest for several hours.

(If energetic friends suggest going to Dianchi Lake or Yunnan University for a walk) I went to a small shop in the middle (bait silk said) and ate a local specialty food bait silk in Yunnan.

It is a kind of food that looks like noodles but is much more than batter. The people in Yunnan are very down-to-earth, and a bowl of 10 yuan is a lot of money. The taste is a matter of opinion.

I also ordered a rose bean curd with a faint rose fragrance. I like the taste of tofu pudding very much. After eating the bait, a few spoonfuls will be very refreshing.

After five o'clock, we packed our bags, checked out, left the hourly room and set off for dinner. For dinner, we chose an old shop, Fuzhaolou (Jinjiang Store), which is close to Kunming Station and within walking distance.

This shop is really nice. Every dish is delicious. For example, steamed chicken, cold chicken and fir rice noodles, flame mashed potatoes, frozen snowflakes and hawthorn, and fried mushrooms all suit our taste.

It wasn't dark in Yunnan until after eight o'clock. When we entered Kunming Station, it was still as bright as day.

The train from Kunming to Lijiang is 2 1: 20 (K9686), which is a special tourist train. In addition to hard sleeper and soft sleeper, there are vip soft sleeper bags. (The screenshot is a special train schedule. Other cars are not special trains, but you can also take them. )

The four of us bought soft berth tickets. Mine is 226 yuan for the lower berth, and the upper berth will be cheaper.

After getting on the bus, adjust the position with others. Four people are in a small box and sleep more comfortably behind closed doors. I heard from a friend who had sat before that the hard sleeper of the special train is also bunk bed, not three floors. The only difference is that the soft sleeper has a door that can be closed, which is safer, while the hard sleeper is cheaper. Later, we compared the ordinary green leather car that came back. The space of the special train is actually smaller than that of the ordinary train, because there is a VIP room upstairs.

A wave of appearances

I like the appearance of the special train very much.

Lijiang the next day

Arriving in Lijiang is about 7 o'clock in the morning, a little late.

We chose to take the train at night, and the initial idea was that we could use time and save accommodation. But the disadvantage of this is that both our trains arrived in the morning and went to the hotel (inn) earlier, because we couldn't check in at once and had to wait, which actually delayed and wasted some time.

Hotels in Lijiang basically provide shuttle and train services. If you stay long enough, you can get it for free. If you stay short, you can contact the inn in advance to pay the fee. The inn we chose this time is in Old Town of Lijiang, which is called Fall in Love with Lijiang Boutique Inn. Not far from Sifang Street, close to Bar Street, with a good geographical position. One small drawback is that the bars in the whole ancient city are very high at night. Living near will have an impact, but it is not big, and it is basically quiet after night. By the way, there is no charge for the maintenance of the ancient city now.

Four people booked a duplex room for 996 yuan for two nights. Personally, I think the cost performance is still very high. The environment is good.

As I said before, I arrived too early and didn't have time to check in, so I thought about eating first. I found breakfast recommended by an innkeeper, but I didn't find it, so I went to eat rice noodles and bean jelly. Chicken jelly tastes ok, but the focus is not appropriate when shooting, so there is no picture here.

After the rain in the ancient city in the morning, the air was fresh and no one was there. On the contrary, I like it. It will be very lively at night and there will be people everywhere. This road is small and crowded. It will be fun for people who like to go to bars. I don't know the specific consumption here, because we didn't go to the bar.

There are many shops selling small things in Old Town of Lijiang, so don't buy any silverware or anything. It's all a lie. Most shops selling flower cakes have tried it, and the bigger brand should be Jiahua. I was going to buy some flower cakes from Jiahua and send them back to my friends, but they tasted good. Later, I didn't want to buy them after watching them too much. But the taste is really ok.

In the morning, the air in Old Town of Lijiang is very fresh.

Bar street outside the inn

At noon, we casually ate a small shop called Li Ali, near Zhong Yi Lane.

I think the sour plum soup made by his family is particularly delicious. We ordered at will, without reference to public comments. Baba in Lijiang is not recommended, but Baba in Xizhou is better.

Recommended recommended! Plum syrup

Fried mushrooms are also delicious.

Consumption of beef and mint

Tofu tastes good.

A few days before departure, we bought tickets to Song Cheng scenic spot to see Lijiang in the afternoon in Taobao in advance. This kind of performance has now increased from twice to three times a day.

We bought the tickets at 4: 30 in the afternoon, and the tickets booked by Taobao include the tickets for Song Cheng Chama Ancient City Scenic Area, as well as the round-trip shuttle service, which is a VIP seat. One person, 260 yuan.

But I think this performance is not as good as the "Ancient Love" I saw in Hangzhou before. There are too many dances in it. However, it is much more shocking than ordinary theater performances, and it is quite interesting for friends who have never experienced it.

There are some other performances and activities in the ancient city of Chama. It seems that this Song Cheng is not as interesting as the Qingming Shanghe Garden in Kaifeng.

Mufu's husband

By the river during Tomb-Sweeping Day.

Come back from Song Cheng scenic spot in the evening, and navigate to eat granny ribs according to the recommendation of the innkeeper. Preserved ribs and native chicken are the characteristics of Lijiang. This shop has several branches in the ancient city. The storefront is relatively simple, but there are many people coming to eat.

I don't like bacon very much, but I don't eat too much. I think it's ok. Many people read the comments and praised it as delicious. Friends in the same trade said it was cheap and big. Now that we're here, we should try some local characteristics.

Sparerib chicken hotpot

The roads in Old Town of Lijiang are much smaller and more complicated than those in Dali ancient city. If you are not careful, you will go the wrong way. In addition, there are many people at night, so girls (some boys) should pay attention to safety.

On the third day, Yulong Snow Mountain

Originally, it was the most anticipated day, but later it was the most failed day in the whole trip. We also booked tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain before going out. Tickets including the Three Treasures of Snow Mountain (water, oxygen bottles, down jackets), lunch of snow chef, round-trip fare from ancient city to Snow Mountain, eco-friendly cars in scenic spots and ropeways were booked in Ctrip.

You can also book on other websites, and the cost is similar. You can also choose to go to the inn and ask them to book it for you, but you must go one day in advance.

I would like to remind you that you must take the medicine (Rhodiola) to prevent altitude sickness in advance. We are just too confident to be prepared and think that there should be no problem with oxygen inhalation. As a result, three of the four people were uncomfortable.

Two people suffered from severe altitude sickness. As a result, the snow chef couldn't eat at noon and kept vomiting. In the afternoon, the whole person was ruined, and even Blue Moon Valley couldn't go. You should also bring chocolate to replenish energy.

On the other hand, the weather in Yulong Snow Mountain was also very bad that day. I could hardly see things five minutes before going up, and I was in the white fog and rain all the time.

It can be said that nothing was photographed and nothing was seen. Compared with the photos of friends I went to before, it seems that I went to two places.

I took it.

I took it when my classmates went in May.

Let's talk about down jackets and snow kitchens. The down jacket there is worn by many people, so you have no choice. As you can imagine, it is dirty and smelly, but there is no way. That's how everyone goes up.

If you really don't want to wear it, bring your own thick down jacket. It's no use. In addition, Chuxue is a very general cafeteria, which specializes in receiving group tourists.

So the food is very canteen! ! ! I basically didn't eat that meal because of altitude sickness, because I couldn't stand the oil. Because people were very uncomfortable, I went back to the inn at night and slept until the next day.

Here to add, Old Town of Lijiang had better live near the north gate of the ancient city. Many times, those reserved long-distance buses have to take the bus at the Shiji Hualian parking lot in the north gate.

On the fourth day, Lijiang to Xizhou to Dali

In the morning, I also set off from the parking lot of Shiji Hualian and booked a short-distance car from Lijiang to Dali. I will inform you of the information one night in advance. Passing through Xizhou ancient town in the middle. You can choose a seat to order KFC breakfast on the short trip, and you can get on the bus. Because I was a little tired the day before, I didn't have much strength to pull my luggage on the stone road, so I asked the innkeeper to help us call a scooter to pull our luggage. The cost was thirty yuan for four cases (of course, the exact amount depends on the distance).

Arriving at Xizhou Ancient Town is about noon. Looking at other strategies before going out mentioned that if you want to buy some local specialties, the price in Xizhou is more suitable. Sure enough, it's cheaper to go there, whether it's clothes or other things, than in Lijiang Dali ancient city. My friend bought clothes, jewels, shawls, etc. It has the characteristics of the local Bai nationality, which is quite affordable and beautiful.

Xizhou's specialty food is Xizhou Baba. We don't have much time after shopping. We wanted to buy a monk's house, but we were in a hurry to get on the bus. Their house had to wait, so we bought a shop next door, which is also very famous, called Yang Shunbao.

Ten dollars each. There are two kinds of Xizhou Baba, sweet and salty, which are actually cakes. Salty ones are stuffed with fresh meat, and sweet ones with roses. My friend thinks it is too sweet, but I think it is not bad.

Xizhou is very small, unlike other places where it is overexploited. Therefore, there is nothing to visit. One and a half minutes is probably enough. I heard that someone was cheated into buying 60 tickets. Just a reminder, Old Town of Lijiang, Xizhou Ancient Town and Dali Ancient Town don't need tickets.

Jiantu's car was under Cangshan Gate. Later, someone got off at Romantic Hotel, which is near Erhai Lake. We live near the south gate and come after Cangshan Gate. There are many dogs in Dali. Ha ha ha, I like them. There will be dogs in every inn, and you can see many dogs when you walk in the street.

Dog, so handsome

The inn we live in is called Dingding Inn, the ancient city of Dali. We need Amway here. This is a beautiful and warm inn. Not in the ancient city, but not far.

Clean up a little, and we will leave the ancient city of go to dali in the evening! I prefer Dali to Old Town of Lijiang. I feel that the whole city, not only the ancient city, but also the urban area is particularly comfortable.

Walking in the ancient city of Dali, you can always see the distant mountains, and the sunset after 7 pm is beautiful. Anyway, I'll be satisfied if I keep walking there.

Why not go all the way west to go to dali?

City gate at night

We were cheated on our first meal in Dali. We had planned to go to Yuan Ting to cook privately, and this shop is looking for food there. As a result, there was a private kitchen called courtyard nearby (depressed). We thought it was that one, so we went in. I sat down and looked at the menu before I realized that I was wrong.

After a search, many people were misled like us. Pit dad! ! ! ! The woman who orders food will always urge you to say that there are eight tables in front, and will always tell you that you can buy drinks when the water is boiling, and that only imported beer is not made in China.

Actually, the food in this house is not bad to tell the truth. Steamed Erhai fish, toothpick mutton and the like are all quite good. I just don't understand why I should be such a regular guest.

It suddenly occurred to me that we had a plate of fried snails, but only the snails had no shells, so I thought of the snails mentioned before. A little scared. Never open your eyes when you eat there! Don't be trapped!

Dali is also very lively at night, but the streets are spacious and walking feels much better than Lijiang. In addition, on the day we went, we met the Torch Festival. Every shop in the street outside the ancient city lit a fire on the tree.

This should be a ceremony, and the old woman is holding hands and going around in circles. It's the first time to see it. It's novel. Unfortunately, there were too many people at night to take photos.

I like Dali at dusk best.

On the fifth day, Erhai Lake was surrounded by the sea and Nanshao Island.

There are many ways to visit Erhai Lake. You can choose to rent a smart car, a small electric car, ride a bike, take a big cruise ship or take a tourist double-decker bus like us.

If you choose to rent your own car, you can arrange your own time, but because some places are under maintenance and the road conditions are not very good, you should pay attention to safety when driving.

The cruise ship looks good, but I don't know the details. You can try it next time. Small electric cars and bicycles are not recommended, because ultraviolet rays are very strong and will make you dizzy.

The double-decker bus around Erhai Lake leaves at a fixed time every day, with few flights, which limits your play time, but it will get off at several important scenic spots. You just need to sit back and watch the scenery blowing from the sea breeze, get off at the station, get on the bus and go to the next point.

For details, you can learn about it in the map app or Ctrip. The fee is one-day ticket to 98 yuan, one-day ticket 128 yuan. I recommend you go to the east line, counterclockwise. The scenery is beautiful.

Sketch of Cangshan Mountain in Dali

We took it this morning11; The last bus leaves at 30, and I was told that I can only go directly to Shuanglang, because if I get off midway, there will be no next bus to take us down to play.

Remind my friends to come out early here, otherwise the later time will be difficult to arrange. Finally, I chose to visit Nanshao Island.

The traffic is inconvenient because of the rectification of the double corridors. You have to take a tour bus or three rounds to get in. The road is bumpy. But the good mood around Erhai Lake lasted for a long time, haha, so I didn't care much.

It's too beautiful not to retouch the picture!

Xiaoputuo

Erhai Lake, Erhai Lake, you must go and see it.

It's easy to go to Nanshao Fengqing Island by boat, with a trip every ten minutes. Including the ticket price of 50, there are discounts online. You can take a pair of slippers there. There is a beach. You can go for a walk. A lot of people there took pictures, that is, the scenes uploaded on the Internet, but we didn't take pictures, because we didn't think it was necessary anyway. The island just walked around to see the scenery, with the Guanyin statue and the complicated South Children's Palace (very disappointed).

Go back and get on the bus in another parking lot (Hongshanmiao parking lot). There are two parking lots in Shuanglang. Pay attention to which bus you want to take. The time is different. Ask in advance where to buy a ticket at the south gate passenger station of the ancient city, or ask the golden flower with the car. Take the same ferry back to the other side, find a tricycle and tell him which parking lot it is. The last bus of Line 5 on the West Line; 00, about a minute and a half back to the south gate of Dali ancient city.

At dinner, we started the public comment again, and finally found the right one this time. I came to a private kitchen called Fuxing Yard. Yunnan cuisine is complete, and several dishes are delicious.

Delingha's local specialty-braised Erhai fish. The only thing that bothers us is Dali's special milk fan, and the roasted milk fan we ordered doesn't move much.

I have to go back to Kunming by train at 1 1: 30 in the evening, so I will check out at noon and go back to get my luggage after a good meal in the evening. I asked the innkeeper to call a taxi to the railway station for me. The cost of four people is 50 yuan. I want to spit out Dali Railway Station here. Even if there is no elevator, what should I do with so many steps! ! ! ! ! !

As I said before, the train going back is green, and the biggest drawback is bumps. As soon as it reaches the junction of those tracks, it will shake strongly, and people who sleep shallowly will be more troublesome. So people who want to have a good rest really don't recommend it. Moreover, the journey was short, and I soon fell asleep again.

Day 6 Kunming (K96 14 Dali to Kunming at 23:33)

It was only five o'clock in the morning when I arrived in Kunming, and I took a taxi to my hotel, called Kunming Xike Boutique Style Hotel.

Wujing Road, Guandu District. It's not big, but it's ok Let's make it three and a half stars. However, friends who want to go to the airport on their return trip are advised not to choose there, because it is still close to the railway station and should be close to the northeast. I think there should be a vacant room in the hotel downtown. I didn't expect to sit in the lobby until nine o'clock, but there was still no room available.

The above picture shows the hotel.

I like Kunming, too, although it is not as high as some other provincial capitals. Anyway, I feel good and comfortable.

When I arrived in Kunming, I heard from the driver that there was a heavy rain the night before, and the main streets of the city were flooded, but when we got to the weather, the water returned to 7788.

After checking into the hotel, we slept again and waited until noon before leaving the city. The target is near Jinma Bijifang.

The first thing is to eat, and I chose the Happy Pickup Yunnan Restaurant on the seventh floor of Jingxing Henglong Department Store on Zhengyi Road. There are a lot of dishes, and basically all the dishes are delicious. People who are shopping nearby can try it here, which is cost-effective. Public comment 8.4 points, 66 yuan per capita.

Near Jinma Bijifang are department stores and pedestrian streets. We found a place called jing xing Flower and Bird Market, which is a street selling some fleshy porcelain. Friends who like to find gadgets can also go and have a look, but the stalls will be closed at night.

The specialty of Yunnan is some fungi. In addition, we bought Tianqi powder of Yunnan Baiyao, which is much cheaper in its franchise store than online. There is also a discount if you buy more.

During the meal, after eating Yunnan cuisine for several days, several people discussed whether to eat Cantonese cuisine, and went to the cousin tea restaurant upstairs in Golden Eagle Building B (there is nothing to say about this). When I was going back to the hotel at night, I found it very troublesome to take a taxi. It took a long time for someone to pick it up, and the positioning was not accurate. Drivers in Yunnan sometimes don't understand Mandarin, hahaha, so I still need to find an obvious building called Didi, so communication will be more convenient.

On the seventh day, Kunming returned to Jieyang

At the corner near the hotel, there is a breakfast shop called Zhou Ji, which sells soybean milk, fried dough sticks, steamed stuffed buns and eight-treasure porridge. It was recommended to us by the hotel front desk. It takes about three minutes to walk. We went to eat for two mornings, which was not bad.

Noon 12: 15 fly back to Guangdong. We didn't get on the bus until 10: 30, and I was very nervous for a while. Because of the rain, the driver said there might be a traffic jam, so we had to make a detour. But then it arrived smoothly, about forty minutes away. I arrived in Jieyang at two o'clock in the afternoon and Shantou at less than four o'clock.

In fact, our seven-day schedule is not full. Actually, we played for four days. But the benefits of free travel also show that you can arrange your own time at any time and choose your favorite way of traveling. We also eat well and live well. I suggest that in order to have a good travel experience, don't save too much in this respect.

Next time I go to Yunnan, I hope I can visit Kunming, Yunnan University, Dianchi Lake, Shilin and Jiuxiang. When you go to Lijiang, you can visit Lugu Lake and Shuhe River. There are Shangri-La, Xishuangbanna and Puzhehei.
