What is Martell? Details?

First, the production method
1, natural fermentation:
Every year 10, white grapes (mainly white jade) are squeezed and stored in vats, and fermented with yeast for about a week, so that the sugar in grape juice is converted into alcohol. The alcohol content for distillation is 7%- 10%.
2. Distillation
Distillation is carried out in a specific area from 1 1 month to March of the following year.
The original wine was distilled twice by Charande pot distiller.
The alcohol maturity of "water of life" depends on the number of years it has been stored in oak barrels. The quality of "water of life" (hehe, I still don't understand this) is improved by oak barrels. The evaporation of alcohol, the so-called "angel enjoyment", is an indispensable part of the brewing process. Perhaps it is because of this persistence that God is so kind to Gan Yi District.
3. Evaporation ("angel's enjoyment")
The chief calibrator carefully selected the "water of life" from the four best grape growing areas and Tibetan wines of different years, and blended the best cognac with the same quality and grade.
4. Deployment
The blended cognac will be stored in wooden barrels for six months, so that different flavors can be better blended before bottling.
