Wuzhen with a wooden heart

I wanted to go to Wuzhen long ago, but I never made it. Because I read Muxin, I came to a trip, the core landmark-Wuzhen.

wuzhen is beautiful. wuzhen with a wooden heart is more beautiful and more profound!

wuzhen is a typical ancient town in the south of the Yangtze river, known as "land of plenty and land of silk". I went to wuzhen, booked a hotel in advance, and the proprietress was warm and hospitable. She contacted the station to meet me in advance. When I arrived, I found that she was a beautiful figure of Aqingsao style, and her room was neat and warm, close to Dongzha and Xizha. I entered Dongzha scenic spot within 5 meters of going out, and she told me. So I followed her to Dongzha for a walk.

Because of the epidemic, there were not many tourists. Many shops closed their doors early, and the lights didn't light up. They meandered through many quiet and deserted bluestone roads. If Cathy didn't lead the way, I would really get lost. Because I had already passed through several ancient towns and time was limited, I decided not to swim in the East Gate, but to enter the West Gate the next day.

the next day, she personally sent me to the entrance of Xizha scenic spot and showed me the way. There is still a long way from the gate to the entrance of the scenic spot. The reception hall of Xizha Scenic Spot is particularly different from other places. It is as magnificent as a five-star hotel, and it is dazzling everywhere. When you go in, you find that the bathroom is decorated much more lavishly than ordinary people. No wonder the fare is expensive! The biggest feature of Xizha is the modern atmosphere everywhere in the ancient town.

however, the advantage of being expensive is that the scenic spot is well maintained, which is obviously more open and clean than other ancient towns. Not far from the scenic spot, there is the famous Wuzhen Grand Theatre, which stands quietly on Yuanbao Lake, with advanced equipment, making it among the first-class theaters in the world. It is said that the design of Wuzhen Grand Theatre originated from the idea of Bingdilian, and two ellipses, one virtual and one real, are skillfully combined. From the air, it looks like a blooming Bingdilian floating on the water, but from the side, it has no such effect, but it is like an open giant folding fan painted with ice cracks, which reminds people of the Bird's Nest.

After crossing a stone bridge, it's not far. Turn right and you will find the Muxin Art Museum, which is my dream. Soft and elegant colors, simple and noble appearance, standing by the water, facing the Grand Theatre across the water, one side is round, one is shallow and the other is deep, which set off each other and complement each other.

The Art Museum was designed and supervised by new york OLI firm Okamoto Bo and Bing Lin, disciples of Mu Xin's good friend I.M. Pei, and lasted for four years. The design and exhibition in the museum was hosted by OLI designer Fabian and officially opened in November 215. Chen Danqing, a student of Mr. Mu Xin and a famous artist, was the curator. The slender and modern shape of the art museum highly conforms to the simple aesthetics that Mr. Mu Xin has always advocated. When Mu Xin was in bed, he saw the design drawings and described them in poetic language as "wind, water, a bridge".

Mr. Mu Xin devoted his whole life to the artistic practice of integrating eastern and western cultures and aesthetics, and the metaphor of "a bridge" became an excellent portrayal of his communication between eastern and western cultures.

Although Mr. Mu Xin has profound cultural attainments in both the East and the West, and was born in the East, I would rather believe that he is more western in his bones. His ideological system, aesthetic tendency, lifestyle and even his tall, handsome and sunny appearance are closer to the West, without the twists and turns of the East, which is probably the reason why he is particularly bumpy in the catastrophe.

In the bright sunshine, I looked at the art museum closely with the feeling that the mountains are down, and I finally stood in front of it, just like I finally stood in front of Mr. Mu Xin.

I think of his poem: If I want to meet each other, I can't help crying at the intersection of all kinds of joys and sorrows. I came to meet you today, and it was a mixture of sadness and joy.

The Art Museum has five permanent special galleries, which are composed of a painting gallery, a literature gallery, a prison manuscript gallery and a video gallery. The works of Mu Xin are displayed for a long time, and the two special galleries launch an annual special exhibition of world artists who have an important influence on Mu Xin every year.

In turn, some of Mu Xin's books and poetry manuscripts are displayed in the first exhibition hall. Because the manuscripts are not allowed to take pictures, some of them have been seen in books before, but most of them have never been published. His neat and meticulous fine print makes me want to take pictures very much, but for the sake of respect, I resolutely gave up the idea of taking pictures.

All the works are accompanied by explanations and English translations with white characters on a black background. The whole design has a high sense of international style, which is definitely not comparable to the rural style that can be seen everywhere. The small Wuzhen has a pioneering, international and simple artistic aesthetic because of its wooden heart.

When I saw his manuscript in prison, the manuscript paper on which the confession materials were written was neatly and densely written with words the size of small ants. When I looked through the glass showcase, I couldn't see what it was written at all. However, the rigor and elegance of an old-fashioned gentleman stood out from the paper. It is not surprising that the person who wrote such a manuscript page by page came out with straight pants and good spirits after being imprisoned for 18 months.

In the third exhibition hall, there are Mr. Mu Xin's paintings, which are simple and pure colors with countless shades, exactly the same as the ink painting method in China, but also very modern and designed, just like Mr. Mu Xin's people, a combination of Chinese and Western!

It is Mr. Mu Xin's skill to concentrate various contradictions on himself and be self-consistent. This kind of skill is not only reflected in his words, his life, but also in his paintings. His meticulous and deliberate, incisive and unrestrained, at the same time, appears in his paintings, without any contradiction.

His literature is fireworks blooming in a quiet sky. Whether you look at it or not, it crackles and shines there. Standing in front of his paintings, it is a person who walks into the lonely and uninhabited mountains and suddenly feels the sense of heaven and earth. A narrow strip, many of which are only 1 cm wide, extends infinitely to both sides. Seeing the layout overflowing, it feels empty and lonely. Standing between the heavens and the earth painted with wooden hearts, it only feels endless and helpless.

In foreign countries, Muxin appeared as a painter. In China, Muxin appeared as a writer. In Muxin Art Museum, the writer Muxin and the painter Muxin finally merged into one and were completely presented.

linger in the museum for a long time and don't give up. At noon, go to the coffee bar in the museum and order a cup of coffee called Bing Xin Angel. It turned out that a cup of hot coffee the size of a wine lamp was poured on an ice cream ball, which was nifty. While eating ice cream with a very small pocket spoon and taking a nap, I looked at the wrought iron sculpture outside the window, and from time to time, I sprayed water mist like a cloud in Shan Lan, as if I were in a fairyland.

Ask the young shop assistant to take a photo for me. Her photo-taking skills are not good, so I just want to keep it as a souvenir. She is not satisfied with the photos she took, and she has repeatedly asked me to take another photo, which makes me sit up and take notice.

After eating a guest of ice cream, I & out and turned into the special exhibition hall to watch a movie called "Mi Xiu&; Mu Xin's art exhibition. Henri michaux, a French painter and poet, and Mu Xin have no intersection in time and space, but their temperament and soul are highly similar, so they can be said to be soul mates who cross time and space. They are both poets and painters, and Mu Xin is a person who cherishes words like life. It is said that Mi Xiu is also a poet. Mu Xin loves to play with words, and it is said that Mi Xiu is also; They all prefer paper, monochrome, small size, ink, spontaneity and contingency. Their poems are equally short, powerful, profound and lofty. Michio is a westerner, but he is obsessed with oriental art. He came to China in 1933 to explore the art of ancient oriental countries. Mu Xin is an oriental, but he is deeply influenced by western art, and his aesthetics and style are biased towards the west. It can be said that their characters, temperament and art are the products of the combination of things.

The special exhibition featured 24 paintings by henri michaux and 15 paintings by Muxin, as well as their wonderful poems and short sentences. The whole exhibition can be said to be a comparison of two people: seeing differences, similarities and differences, and echoing their styles.

coming out of the art gallery, crossing the bridge and crossing the water, the beautiful scenery of the water town in the south of the Yangtze River is everywhere, but it's not enough. I think about Mu Xin's life and his works, stop and go, cross a narrow and deep alley, and go out in the dark. Suddenly, two young girls holding hands, dressed in elegant Hanfu, are floating away, and they are watching their backs trance, being lost by two young men. After filming, I asked them if they were satisfied. If they couldn't do it, they could retake it. One of them said it was very good. I think he said it was good, probably passable, and he was ready to go. He enthusiastically said that the scenery here was very good and he wanted to help me shoot it. I leaned against the bridge railing at will. They were opposite because of how to shoot the scene, and they discussed and argued. After filming, he said that he was not good, and he took the mobile phone to shoot it himself. I smiled. They are Shanghai white-collar workers who are on vacation at the weekend. Seeing them arguing and adjusting meticulously because of a photo, and then saying goodbye to me, I feel that it is really good to be young. It seems that there is still a lifetime to waste!

I have a special liking for the traditional blue calico when I look at the natural dye house of plants and trees across the bridge, and I think it has a unique charm when used well. Turning a high wall, you can see bamboo poles, as if hanging from the sky with blue calico of various colors and red and yellow cloths. Some of them are blown by the wind like bulging sails, some are flying in the air like huge flags of hunting, and one hanging cloth is like a sail, forming a maze of patterns, which is a good place to play hide and seek. Unfortunately, there are too many people taking pictures, and no one has such a good escape.

I walked through the famous wind and rain corridor, saw Zhaoming Academy, Dragon Field and Yuelao Temple, and took a quick look at Mao Dun Memorial Hall, but I was not interested in seeing it again. A writer who exposed the darkness of midnight when he was young could not write a word after dawn. There are two writers in the small Wuzhen, one is Mao Dun, who was born in Xizha, and the other is Mu Xin, who was born in Dongzha. He read many Mao Duns when he was a teenager, but now he only likes Mu Xin. In the year when I was born, 44-year-old Mu Xin was imprisoned for the second time, which is in an ancient poem: I was born when you were born, but I was born when you were old. It is a pity that Mu Xin became famous too late in China and didn't have a chance to meet him.

Then I went back and stayed late in the scenic spot to see the Muxin Art Museum and Wuzhen Grand Theatre in Wuzhen at night. The brightly lit art galleries and grand theaters are reflected in the water, which adds a bit of hazy and magical effect, and it is less crowded during the day, gorgeous and calm. The night wind rises, and it is cool and sad with water mist.

out of the garden gate, go straight to the brightly lit hall. Call the proprietress to pick me up. After the tour of Wuzhen with wooden heart, Wuzhen's wooden heart has taken root in my heart like a well-proportioned tree.
