Three years ago, I bid farewell to the "fast and tense, rigorous but boring" life of coastal migrant workers and returned to my hometown-Huaihua, Hunan. Looking back on the journey together is like a slide show, sometimes exciting and sometimes exciting. I still remember that at the end of 2006, the whole company launched the "executive slimming plan", and I was lucky enough to win the bid. I suddenly fell down a step. I was so hesitant, and the patient guidance and sincere teaching of the hotel leaders were so vivid. Maybe I should thank this "opportunity" and give me more growth experiences. It is the hotel that makes me lose tenderness, gain more maturity, lose my old timidity and gain more strength, which makes my life so dazzling and colorful. It is also because of the cultivation of the hotel that I am today.

Now, I am engaged in the work of personnel Commissioner. I still remember that when I first took over this post, I felt at a loss, but in the communication with my colleagues and leaders, I felt the care and expectation of the leaders. In the process of never attending meetings, I realized that work does not mean the end of learning, but the beginning of new learning. In a new growth space, we young people often have a kind of carelessness and conceit of "not grasping ourselves and looking down on others". But I think I should learn from my predecessors with an open mind, including their practical ability, problem-solving methods, attitude towards people and all the advantages they have that I don't have.

In the past four years, I have witnessed the success and development of the hotel. With the strong support of government departments at all levels and the deep concern of all walks of life, Wuling City Hotel has made unremitting efforts, been brave in dedication, made great strides forward, relied on the main business of real estate, developed hotel chains, and focused on accommodation, which has become the strategic direction of well-known hotel brands in western Hunan and even the whole province, and has continued to grow and develop. Now it has developed into four chain stores: Chenxi Store, Hutian Store, Huitong Store and Zaishuiyi Holiday Apartment, as well as Hongjiang Store and Shuntian International Store under construction and a hotel management group currently under preparation. It can be said that earth-shaking changes have taken place, and it is expanding to the development direction of chain groups step by step. At present, it has developed into a dazzling star in Huaihua hotel industry. Nowadays, Wulingcheng Hotel is a household name, and the people of Wulingcheng have created one miracle after another with their enthusiasm and knowledge.

I'll never forget the days and nights before the lake and sky opened. Ding Ping, the general manager, personally took the lead in organizing a "clean-up", knocking on the residual cement on the ground with a hammer, as if every sound shook a sensitive and sincere nerve, scraping off the dirt on the countertop and the crack of the door with a blade, and removing the sediment on the ground again and again with a mop. Every detail and every movement embodies the spirit of "dare to fight and fight" of hotel employees.

In the five years of hotel development, * * * hotel people are honest and trustworthy, kind to others, dare to face setbacks, regard setbacks as challenges, constantly sum up experience in setbacks and challenges, improve the management system, implement humanized and personalized services, and strive to create a culture and learning atmosphere in the hotel, so that every employee is upright and upward, so that every employee can surpass himself. For two consecutive years, it has been rated as a key unit of public security in Huaihua Green Hotel and municipal enterprises and institutions. This year, it has become a designated reception unit for business trips and meetings of central state organs, provincial units and municipal units. The grass is still green in spring, and plum blossoms will naturally bloom. In the past four years, I have deeply felt the humanistic spirit of the hotel. It gives people warmth, happiness, income and sweetness. We have always been adhering to the humanistic concept of "serving the society and repaying the society" and devoted ourselves to the glorious cause of society. I personally witnessed "raising money for employees with difficulties at home, caring for students and helping the poor …".

In the past four years, I can say I have learned too much. Whether it is "being a person" or "doing things", I deeply feel the respect of the hotel industry. From a "layman" who knows nothing about hotels to today, I can say that I am not very proficient in the skills of various departments, but I know a little. Until today, I have completely integrated into the hotel, which makes me feel that it is my honor to contribute to the hotel with what I have learned, and also makes me feel that I am "breathing with the hotel, * * * fate." Every time I think of entering this "big family" with a try mentality four years ago, I feel as if I have experienced a test of academic qualifications, just like studying for another four years, because the hotel has created a brand-new self.

Of course, now, I love this industry, this job and this love make me more mature and stronger. Although it is hard work, there may be many setbacks, but it is very gratifying to see my growing knowledge in daily life, to see the changes of the hotel day by day, and to think that the success of the hotel is also soaked with my own efforts and sweat. Although in these four years, I have tasted "bittersweet", but I am still prepared that the Red Army is not afraid of the expedition, and Qianshan is just idle.
