Origin of the name of Bahe Park in Linxian County

The name of the park comes from the Green Water River. The theme of the park is "one river, two belts, two bridges and four districts", which means "one river and two banks, two sleeves are clean".

Bahe Park, located in Linxian County, takes Bahe as the main body. Huangshui, a first-class tributary of the middle reaches of the Yellow River, was called Linshui in ancient times, also known as Longquanshui and Qiushui. Its source is Xiaqiushui Temple in Bailongshan County, Xing County, and it flows through Qiuhe River in Linxian County to Qikou Town, where it flows into the Yellow River.

Suishui River is the mother river of Linxian people, and the plains and irrigated land in the county are mostly distributed on the banks of Suishui River and the ditches on its two wings. Therefore, the name of Qiuhe Park comes from Qiushui River. The theme of the park is "one river, two belts, two bridges and four districts", which means "one river and two banks, two sleeves are clean".
