How many days does it take to travel to Tibet to adapt to altitude sickness?

If you travel to Lhasa, Tibet (3,650 meters above sea level), Linzhi (3,000 meters above sea level) and other low-altitude places, many tourists have no altitude sickness, but some tourists with mild or severe altitude sickness may need a day or two or even longer to adapt to the altitude environment. However, if you stay in some places above 4000 meters above sea level continuously, some tourists will have altitude sickness again.

Suggestion: If you are worried about altitude sickness, you can take altitude sickness drugs and oxygen bottles, relax and travel to Tibet.

Note: From August 23rd to September 5th, 20 18, the husband and wife set off from Deyang City, rode to Tibet and road trip, took the Sichuan-Tibet line G3 18 to Lhasa, left Lhasa on the Qinghai-Tibet Highway G 109, and then went home via the Sanjiangyuan Reserve and the western Sichuan Plateau. We stayed at high altitudes for four consecutive days: 4250 meters in Dangxiong County, 4500 meters in Tanggula Mountain (Tuohe River), 4200 meters in Qumalai County and 4200 meters in shiqu county. Anyway, we didn't worry about altitude sickness all the way, nor did we feel altitude sickness.
