How many floors are there in the third phase of International Trade?

The third phase of International Trade is 330 meters high and has 74 floors. The project started in June 2005 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2007.

Among the 74 floors, there are office buildings below 56 floors and super five-star hotels with only 300 rooms above 57 floors.

The building covers an area of 6.27 hectares, with a total construction scale of 540,000 square meters and a total investment of about 800 million US dollars. It consists of five-star hotels, high-grade office buildings, international boutique shopping malls, cinemas and other types.
