Party A and Party B shall, after full consultation, based on the principles of voluntariness and mutual benefit , the agreement regarding Party B’s contract to operate Party A’s laundry room and related equipment and facilities is as follows:
1. Contracting operation method:
1.1 Party B contracts to operate Party A’s laundry room, and Party A is Party B provides washing equipment and maintenance costs.
1.2 After Party B contracts Party A’s laundry room, it shall adopt independent accounting and be responsible for its own profits and losses. All production and operating expenses incurred by Party B during the contract period (including but not limited to safety accidents, social insurance payment, taxes, welfare etc.), credits and debts, legal disputes, taxes, etc. are all borne by Party B and have nothing to do with Party A.
1.3 Party B will wash the linens and Party A’s work clothes in Party A’s restaurants, guest rooms, and bathing areas free of charge.
1.4 Party B shall not undertake linens and objects from hospitals, chemical units, etc. that may affect the hotel’s sanitary standards.
II. Contracting period:
The contracting period of Party B is years, that is, from ____year____month____ to ____year____month_ Ending on ___.
3. Contracting fee and payment method:
3.1 When signing the contract, Party B must pay RMB: ________ yuan (in capital letters: ________ yuan) as a performance deposit. After the contract period expires, if Party B is able to perform the contract, Party A will return it without interest within 90 days after the contract deadline. If Party B needs to renew the contract, this performance bond can also remain.
3.2 Party B will wash linens, napkins, curtains and Party A’s work clothes in Party A’s restaurants, guest rooms, and bathing places free of charge during the contract period. 50% of the profits from the external business undertaken by Party B shall belong to Party A.
4. Laundry settlement method:
4.1. Guest clothes for guests staying in the hotel are settled at the end of each month. Party B pays the price of Party A according to Party A’s “Guest Clothing List” and Party B pays Party A’s price. Three, B and seven will be divided into proportions. The washing fees of other contractors and cooperative units of Party A shall be charged according to Party B's own negotiation standards.

5. Rights and obligations of both parties:
5.1. Party A shall ensure hot and cold water, The supply of electricity ensures the normal operation of Party B. If there is a water or power outage not caused by Party A, all losses incurred have nothing to do with Party A. Party A will actively connect and coordinate with relevant units.
5.2. Party B’s operations shall comply with relevant national and local laws and regulations to ensure the quality of washing. Party B shall handle complaints and disputes arising from quality on its own and bear all legal and economic responsibilities arising therefrom. If any dispute arising from Party B's external business affects Party A's normal operations, Party A will hold Party B accountable for compensation.
5.3. Party A and Party B must go through handover procedures, count the quantity, and check the washing quality when picking up linens and uniforms. If there is any damage caused by Party B's washing operation, Party B will be responsible for the damage and will compensate according to the price. If there is any damage caused by Party A, Party A will be responsible for it and has nothing to do with Party B.
5.4. Party A provides existing facilities, equipment and sites. Party B’s occupation and use of other sites outside the exclusive area of ??the laundry room must issue a written report to Party A and obtain approval before proceeding.
5.6. Party B must obey and abide by all rules, regulations and management regulations of Party A. If relevant personnel of Party B damage Party A’s facilities and equipment, they must compensate according to the price; if relevant personnel of Party B commit theft, they shall be punished. Ten times the fine for stealing items.
5.7. Party B shall be responsible for the expenditure of social insurance, welfare, taxes and other expenses of the employees employed, and shall strictly comply with the Labor Law. Party B shall be responsible for the occurrence of labor disputes.
6. Liability for breach of contract:
6.1. If Party B withdraws the contract midway and terminates the contract in advance, it will be deemed as a breach of contract, and Party A will confiscate the performance bond paid by Party B.
6.2. If Party B terminates the contract midway for any reason, or rents the laundry room to a third party without authorization, in addition to deducting the performance bond, Party B shall also pay liquidated damages to Party A. The liquidated damages are equivalent to 20% of the rent for that year. times.
6.3. If Party B violates this contract in any way, Party A has the right to confiscate its performance bond. If other losses are caused, Party A has the right to require Party B to restore the status quo or compensate for losses, and reserves the right to pursue legal action Responsibility rights.
6.4. During the validity period of this contract, if Party B modifies the leased property without authorization, causing the leased property to seriously deviate from the original leased condition; if the leased property is used to engage in illegal activities, or there are illegal operations that cause adverse effects, the contract deposit will be As a penalty for breach of contract, Party A has the right to immediately and unilaterally terminate the contract and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
7. Disposal of property upon expiration of the contract period
7.1. When the validity period of this contract expires, if Party B intends to continue the contract operation, it shall propose to Party A to renew the contract three months before the expiration date. If Party A agrees, the two parties can renew the contract through negotiation.
7.2. If Party B terminates the contract in advance or when the contract expires, all contracted sites, facilities and equipment provided by Party A to Party B will be taken back by Party A, and their ownership will belong to Party A, and Party B may not remove or take away them.
7.3. After the contract period expires, if Party B does not continue the contract for the new equipment added by Party B, the ownership of the new equipment will belong to Party B. Party B can dismantle it and take it away, and restore the property leased by Party A to its original appearance.
8. Other Matters
8.1. Party A and Party B are two independent economic entities. They each have property ownership and creditor's rights, and are responsible for their own debts.
8.2 For matters not covered in this contract, a supplementary agreement can be signed separately after negotiation between both parties. The supplementary agreement is an integral part of this contract and has the same legal effect as this contract. This contract may be modified upon consensus reached by both parties. Before the modified document takes effect, both parties shall implement the provisions of this contract.
8.3. If a dispute arises due to the performance of the contract, both parties shall negotiate in a timely manner. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation between the two parties, the two parties shall submit it to the court where Party A is located for resolution.
8.4. This contract is in four copies, with Party A each holding two copies. It will take effect after the official seals and signatures of the legal representatives or authorized agents of both parties.
