Is it easy to get a job as a product manager at Ctrip?

It’s not easy to get in.

1. Ctrip product managers must have 2-5 years of experience as an Internet product manager and be familiar with the IT product cycle. Applicants with project management or implementation experience are preferred. (Relevant experience in the hotel industry is preferred)

2. Ctrip products require managers with excellent communication and expression skills, strong organizational and coordination skills and teamwork skills.

3. Ctrip product managers must have good sensitivity to market and user needs, strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities, and strong learning ability.

4. Ctrip product managers must have good pressure-bearing ability and work enthusiasm, have a strong sense of responsibility, be proactive in work, and have good front-end product design capabilities.
