On February 4th, 2009, Tianjin West Railway Station of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway officially started construction. West Railway Station is an important station of the opened subway 1 line. In addition, it is planned that Metro Lines 4 and 6 will pass through Tianjin West Railway Station and meet Metro 1 Line under the south square of New West Railway Station. Metro Line 4 starts from Binhai International Airport in Dongli District in the east and ends at Shuang Jie in Beichen District in the north. Metro Line 6 starts from New Outer Ring East Road (tentative name) in Dongli District in the north and ends at Xianshuigu in Jinnan District in the south. Along the route, it passes through Hongqi South Road, Xiqing Road, Zhongshan North Road and Jinzhong River Street. These three subway lines do not completely meet at one point in the West Railway Station, but form an "H" shape, which needs to be transferred through the underground passage. The design of the station building radiates brilliance with circular arches and radial louvers, symbolizing the bright future and bright prospects of Tianjin's urban development. The forward-leaning dynamic circular arch symbolizes the completion and use of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, and Tianjin West Railway Station will become the "locomotive" to promote the development of this area. The 57-meter-high semi-circular space facing the square is perfectly combined with the structure, with a strong sense of rhythm. Through surface texture treatment, the white woven net roof steel structure will become a new landmark building in Tianjin. Tianjin West Railway Station adopts the four-corner layout of elevated floor, ground floor, underground floor and station building, and enters and exits the station. The station building covers an area of 6.5438+0.04 million square meters, and the canopy covers an area of 76,000 square meters, with a total area of 6.5438+0.8 million square meters. The main building is 57 meters high and the auxiliary building is 20 meters high. The huge arch structure with a span of 1 14 meters creates a grand elevated waiting space with a length of 395 meters from north to south, allowing passengers to feel the sunny, open and transparent space effect when entering the station and experience the brand-new feeling brought by the development of railways in the new era.
Xinjian south plaza
South Square is located on the south side of the West Railway Station building, and the planning scope is east to the front street of the West Railway Station, west to Fuxing Road, south to South Canal North Road and north to Xiqing Road. The planned total area is 20 hectares and the total development volume is 300,000 square meters.
The overall scheme design is based on the theme of "Brilliance" of the West Railway Station building, and the overall geometric composition is centered on the station building and radiates outwards layer by layer. Landscape design echoes the brilliant theme of the main building; The layout of sunken plaza has increased the direct lighting surface of commerce; Strengthen the connection between the free corridor and the South Square.
South Square is mainly composed of three parts: distribution square, landscape park and characteristic business district. The design of the distribution square is mainly based on the ground relief and sign tower of Jinwei culture, which embodies the cultural implication of Tianjin West Railway Station. The landscape park is dominated by green spaces and various shrubs to ensure a transparent view. The commercial forms of characteristic business districts are mainly head offices, restaurants, large supermarkets, characteristic businesses in front of stations and hotels.
Xinjian north plaza
North Square is located on the north side of the station building of Tianjin West Railway Station, with the planned range from the foundation platform in the south, Ziya River in the north and Fuxing Road in the west, with a planned total area of 16.5 hectares and a total development capacity of 654.38+10,000 square meters.
On the premise of meeting the traffic demand of buses, taxis and social cars, the design of the North Square was optimized, creating a "multi-dimensional, friendly and pleasant" square space. North Square is mainly composed of traffic square, landscape leisure square, hub control center, bus terminal, taxi parking lot, social parking garage and bicycle garage.
North Square is composed of riverside landscape belt, landscape leisure square and various functional areas, forming a landscape pattern of "one belt, two centers and multiple nodes". Region refers to the riverside landscape belt; Two centers refer to two three-dimensional landscape centers composed of leisure square and traffic square; Multi-node is the local greening of the North Square area.
West station passenger station
Tianjin Long-distance Passenger Transport West Station is located at the intersection of Xiqing Road and Fuxing North Road in Hongqiao District, about 500 meters west of Tianjin Railway West Station, with large parking lots in the east, Xiqing Road in the south and Fuxing Road in the west. According to the planning requirements of the main hub of Tianjin West Railway Station and the national first-class passenger station standards, Tianjin Communications Group carefully designed the central station of the West Railway Station Highway Passenger Hub, highlighting the design concept of "low carbon, environmental protection and frugality". Tianjin West Railway Station has a total area of 1.4 million square meters and a total construction area of 26,000 square meters. The structural form is frame structure, with five floors above ground and one underground floor. There are 3,000 square meters waiting hall, 150 square meters maternal and child waiting hall, 700 square meters ticketing hall and 23 ticketing windows in the passenger station. A 500-square-meter luggage consignment center and a 500-square-meter comprehensive service center, with a square in front of the station of 2,000 square meters, a parking area of 3,200 square meters and 32 parking spaces, transport 25,000 passengers every day. All stations are made of low-carbon and environmentally-friendly building materials, and barrier-free passages and green passages for emergency support are designed. Tianjin West Railway Station Passenger Station is a sub-project of the main hub project of Tianjin West Railway Station and a key project determined by the Municipal Party Committee and the Ministry of Transport. Upon completion, Tianjin West Railway Station will become a central passenger station integrating road passenger transport, tourism distribution and business restaurant. Tianjin West Railway Station will realize zero transfer of railway, long distance, subway and bus, which will make people travel most conveniently and quickly. It is a highway passenger transport hub with the most complete functions, facilities, departures and passenger flow in urban areas. It will play a vital role in improving the comprehensive service function of the main hub of the West Railway Station, realizing zero transfer of various modes of transportation and improving the comprehensive level of passenger transport services in Tianjin.
The construction period of the transportation hub project of Tianjin West Railway Station is three and a half years, in which the passenger station will be completed by the end of 20 1 1, and the supporting projects will be started in March 2009 and completed in 201/year.
