Yann Durieux, the owner of the winery, is a traditional and innovative winemaker. We can have a glimpse of the winery named "Recrue des Sens" (meaning "sensory courage"). His cultivation and wine-making philosophy are the "terroir conditions" closest to Burgundy belief, and the wine quality adopts classical and delicate style. It is not surprising that he has become the most dazzling young wine farmer in Burgundy recently. 1999, Y a n n N was recruited to replace Philippe Pacalet as the winemaker of Domain Priere-Roch (the winery of domain de la Romané e-Conti * * * owned by Henry Frédéric Roch). Domain name? Jean-Marc & Thomas Bray is located on the hillside of Bonn in Burgundy, France. The vineyards of the winery are located in Volnay, Borma and Bona villages in Bourne, with a total area of 65,438+02 hectares.
Thomas Bray is one of the most talented winemakers in Burgundy. The experience of working and studying in California and New Zealand gave him a different vision, which injected fresh vitality into the winery. Thomas joined his father's team in 2002. Bouley and his son firmly believe that the essence of Burgundy wine lies in the soil.
