This is the Houghton Plaza project in San Diego, California. It was built 2 years ago. In each project, we will combine the design of lighting, waterscape, landscape and signs to finally establish an attractive project with a very good atmosphere. This is a project in Kitakyushu, Japan. This project also expresses how we used the specific parks in the past five districts in Kitakyushu to apply to our project. These five buildings with different colors represent five different areas in Kitakyushu. This is the Avenue Business District project in Salt Lake City, USA. Basically, we design a main road first, and then put other comprehensive functions on both sides of the street. Third, establish an environment for sustainable development. It is about how to combine different geographical characteristics of different places and apply it to our project design. How to create a sustainable development environment? Our first task is to find out what is lacking in the city where this project is located. These missing elements may bring economic, social and environmental benefits, and natural elements will always be the source of our design inspiration. The third is to use a static, non-dynamic and passive design strategy, which may be a big topic and the integration of various technologies. Sustainable development will definitely bring sustainable benefits to the city itself, developers and communities. The design method of sustainable development should consider the following factors, and we take the following as our first design concept. These factors include natural ventilation, shading, green landscape, green roof, microclimate, and indirect natural light. We have studied these factors from the beginning, which will help us to consider the positive promotion of these natural conditions in the future project design. If we take these factors into account at the beginning, we can also achieve the effect of energy saving. If we consider these factors and put them into our design, we will take some positive measures to complete this static, non-dynamic and passive design strategy. The geographical and natural conditions in different places are completely different, so we have to do a lot of careful analysis. This is a list of several key points that we need to consider when considering designing green sustainable development projects. Basically, every project is analyzed and considered according to the factors listed in this list. We consider the green elements in the project, the concept of the canyon, and how to design a smooth moving line to connect all functions. In all aspects of our project, it will be connected with the surrounding public transport system and pedestrian flow line, which makes the functions of the whole project very coherent and can be shuttled. In this project, a large amount of retail is under the green roof, and the retail space under this green roof can be well connected with the surrounding environment. We very much hope to introduce a large-scale park-style project concept into this city, so we created such a canyon-shaped project of roof-style garden.
