What kind of business activities can be called classics?

the projects we design attract millions of customers to visit every year, and these designs have brought great value creation in terms of economic benefits, social benefits and other aspects. As can be seen from the following pictures, it is a good example. For example, the idea of Hakata Canal City in Fukuoka, Japan, and their developer Kenichi Fujimori will also introduce his project to us. The sales of this project reached 15 million yuan in the first year. The second picture is the Roppongi Mountain project, also in Japan, which attracted 1 million visitors in the first year. Next, there is a cinema project in the United States. The pictures we have seen now can illustrate that our project can attract thousands of people to visit every year. Now we have a quick look at the background of our company. Our company was founded in 1977 with the founder Mr. XX. Our headquarters is in Los Angeles, USA. We are a very forward-looking architectural and urban planning and design company. The projects designed by our company attract millions of tourists every year. Besides our headquarters in Los Angeles, we also have offices in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, South Korea and Dubai in the Netherlands. Up to today, We have designed more than 1 projects all over the world, which are located in Dubai, Beijing, Budapest, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Fukuoka in Japan, Rotterdam, Seoul, Shanghai, Tokyo and other places. We are now building projects in Ningbo, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Macau, New Mexico City, India and South Korea. Next, we would like to introduce how we went from retail to the design of complex projects in the form of a timetable for the development of our projects. Our company also started from the design of retail industry. Many years ago, in the early 198s, the design of retail projects may still be very limited to a single format. With the development of time and society, we find that the single format shopping center can no longer meet the needs of our modern social development, and we are gradually moving towards the design of a medium-sized slightly high-density complex project, which also includes functional requirements in all aspects. In recent years, we began to design some very large-scale and high-density comprehensive projects, which include various functions, such as office, retail, residential, commercial and so on. Therefore, we say that our design is to create a place. Now, let's talk a little about the characteristics of our company's project design in the market, and what kind of value we are creating. There are four points as follows. The essence of these designs is to finally attract more people to visit the projects we designed. The essence of these four designs is: first, we create an experiential place. Second, we always integrate local culture into different projects. Third, create an environment for sustainable development. Fourth, establish all-round connection and integration of various functions. First, we create experiential places. This experience is a place that can make visitors unforgettable and linger, and they will come back after they leave. Finally, this experiential project will become a catalyst for economic growth, and our project is also a good expression of what is experiential. Our project will also become the core part of a distinctive community, and our project is also a demand for providing diversified and different functions. At the same time, this project will also become a performing stage. Finally, we have always emphasized that people are the source of this vitality. This is the Houghton Plaza project in San Diego, California. It was built 2 years ago. The upper and lower pictures on the left are before it was built, and the upper and lower pictures on the right are after it was built. At that time, the community was in a state of economic depression and on the verge of flute. We integrated six communities and established such a Houghton Plaza. From the picture on the right, we can see that it has really become a catalyst for the economic growth of this city and this community, and its benefits can be radiated to the surrounding areas of this project. This is the Global Ring Trail Project in Los Angeles, USA. At first, we wanted to design a 1,5-foot-long trail. Finally, this project became a place where people in the surrounding communities were encouraged to visit and play, and people who were closely related to the surrounding community atmosphere were willing to stay. This street has also become the core part of the community, which is very dynamic. At first, everyone may want to go there to play, and finally this street has become a destination for local people. This is a well-known Hakata Canal City project in Fukuoka, Japan. This picture is a reflection of vertical structure, and this project is also a good example. It finally became a core part of a community, attracting not only tourists but also local people to gather here. This is the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, USA. Through this picture, we can see that it is a luxury hotel, entertainment function and tourist resort, which brings people different experiences. This is an entertainment complex project in Kawasaki, Japan. We can see that there is an open-air square in the center of this project. We can attract more guests by creating such an eye-catching landscape and a performance stage. In this small performance stage, we can carry out many pleasant and exciting small activities. This is a good example to show how we cooperate with various characteristic design companies, such as landscape, lighting and waterscape, and create an overall good atmosphere and atmosphere by cooperating with their general rules. This is a complex project in Warsaw, Poland. This picture shows the flow of people on the first day of the opening ceremony. We also express that people are the first factor to consider in the design of each project, and people are the source of vitality. Second, how to introduce the cultures of different project locations into the project to create an unforgettable and unique place. We always have to carefully study and understand the local cultural characteristics at the beginning, whether it is past, present or future development. Get design inspiration from these cultural elements, and at the same time express these cultural elements in our project, and establish special signs and various functions. At the same time, we also want to combine landscape, waterscape, lighting, signs, art, sculpture and other designs and integrate them into our project. This is a langham place project in Mong Kok with a very high population density in Hong Kong. We analyzed the unique factors of the local geographical environment and established a plan to put all the functions together vertically. The base area where this project is located is very small. How do we put all the functions in this narrow space? We consider the vertical design and pay great attention to how to make pedestrian traffic flow and make tourists freely shuttle through this very high-density project. This is another picture of langham place project, which gives you a feeling that this city and this area are very dense, and the tallest building in the middle is the office building of langham place project. This is a complex of a waterfront festival project in Dubai, and this project also expresses how to combine cultural elements into the project. At the bottom left of the picture are different colors of sand. We found that these different colors of sand have been distributed in different places in Dubai for a long time. How can we use this different color of sand on different facades of buildings? This is where you can see some renderings. This is another hotel in Las Vegas, USA, and this project has also become a very iconic hotel project with different diversified experiences. This hotel is a brand landmark hotel, and we also introduced some other very famous brands, such as Playboy brand, and put it in the center of the roof pool. How to create an attractive place and make people willing to stay in this place for more time must be considered from comprehensive factors. In each project, we will combine the design of lighting, waterscape, landscape and signs to finally establish an attractive project with a very good atmosphere. This is a project in Kitakyushu, Japan. This project also expresses how we used the specific parks in the past five districts in Kitakyushu to apply to our project. These five buildings with different colors represent five different areas in Kitakyushu. This is the Avenue Business District project in Salt Lake City, USA. Basically, we design a main road first, and then put other comprehensive functions on both sides of the street. Third, establish an environment for sustainable development. It is about how to combine different geographical characteristics of different places and apply it to our project design. How to create a sustainable development environment? Our first task is to find out what is lacking in the city where this project is located. These missing elements may bring economic, social and environmental benefits, and natural elements will always be the source of our design inspiration. The third is to use a static, non-dynamic and passive design strategy, which may be a big topic and the integration of various technologies. Sustainable development will definitely bring sustainable benefits to the city itself, developers and communities. The design method of sustainable development should consider the following factors, and we take the following as our first design concept. These factors include natural ventilation, shading, green landscape, green roof, microclimate, and indirect natural light. We have studied these factors from the beginning, which will help us to consider the positive promotion of these natural conditions in the future project design. If we take these factors into account at the beginning, we can also achieve the effect of energy saving. If we consider these factors and put them into our design, we will take some positive measures to complete this static, non-dynamic and passive design strategy. The geographical and natural conditions in different places are completely different, so we have to do a lot of careful analysis. This is a list of several key points that we need to consider when considering designing green sustainable development projects. Basically, every project is analyzed and considered according to the factors listed in this list. We first consider some static factors that already exist in nature, and then find out some corresponding positive measures. Now this is an example of a project in Malaysia. The natural geographical conditions in Malaysia are characterized by a lot of sunshine but little wind. We must take these factors into account in our design. We cooperated with XXX company in this project, and they helped us analyze how to make use of this favorable condition and some unfavorable conditions. On the right is an analysis model demonstration. In this project, we can introduce more wind into our project through the analysis and research of the left wind direction. This is the Nanbo Park project in Osaka, Japan. Our project design is inspired by the concept of natural canyons. In the design project, we will also find out what is missing in the surrounding geographical conditions and what elements are missing in this city. We found that there are very few public green spaces and only a few small public parks in Osaka. Therefore, we introduce the green elements lacking in these cities into our project. We consider the green elements in the project, the concept of the canyon, and how to design a smooth moving line to connect all functions. In all aspects of our project, it will be connected with the surrounding public transport system and pedestrian flow line, which makes the functions of the whole project very coherent and can be shuttled. In this project, a large amount of retail is under the green roof, and the retail space under this green roof can be well connected with the surrounding environment. We very much hope to introduce a large-scale park-style project concept into this city, so we created such a canyon-shaped project of roof-style garden. This project is not only a commercial project, because it has a large public open green space, which can attract people from surrounding communities to visit and browse here. In the end, this project has become a destination project. Everyone can not only come here to shop, but also come here to rest and relax.
