After the renovation, how did everyone store their room keys?

Nowadays, family members tend to be simple, and the key to the family room is not used most of the time. After the renovation of the new house, the key of each room is basically unnecessary, just to prevent the door from being locked by mistake. My personal practice is to mark (which room) with a key card (sold on Taobao, which is very cheap) and put it in the kitchen cupboard (in a small moon cake box) for safekeeping.
