Steps:

1: Prepare materials, rapeseed oil, chili noodles, cooked white sesame seeds (just the chili noodles sold in the vegetable market will do)

2: Heat the pot (dry the water inside) and add rapeseed oil

3: Heat the oil until it is cooked. There will be some foam in the rapeseed oil. Just burn it until all the foam disappears. Turn off the heat, about 200 degrees

4: Turn off the heat and cool for 2 minutes, then take a bowl (make sure there is no water in the bowl, not at all, otherwise the oil will fry)

5: Pour the oil into the bowl and leave it for about 1 minute. Add one-third of the chili noodles (the temperature is about 100 degrees). At this time, the chili noodles will be fried under the temperature of the oil and have a very fragrant flavor.

6: After another minute or so, add one-third of the chili noodles for the second time and stir with a spoon until the temperature is about 90 degrees.

7: After waiting for another two minutes, add all the remaining chili noodles into the bowl, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds, and stir.

Tips

If you don’t have rapeseed oil, you can use other clear oils. When you put the chili noodles in for the first time, be careful. The temperature is over 100 degrees. Don’t add chili peppers right after they come out. noodles, otherwise the chili noodles will turn black, don't be lazy, the chili noodles must be added in three times.
