How to determine the hotel loss caused by flight cancellation?

Legal analysis: you can claim for compensation, but there are preconditions.

1. Flight cancellation must be caused by airline reasons, such as mechanical failure, flight deployment, crew deployment, etc.

This route is a solo flight, so it is impossible to reach the destination on the day of cancellation.

The hotel is not allowed to change the date or return the goods.

Legal basis: Article 125 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC). An heir who commits one of the following acts shall lose the right of inheritance:

(3) Abandoning the decedent or maltreating the decedent if the circumstances are serious;
