The shepherd boy points out where Xinghua Village is?

Xinghua Village refers to the village deep in the apricot blossoms, located outside Xiushan Gate, Guichi District, Chizhou, Anhui Province.

This sentence comes from "Qingming" written by Du Mu in the Tang Dynasty: "May I ask where the restaurant is? The shepherd boy pointed to Xinghua Village in the distance." It means asking the local people where to buy wine to relieve their sorrow. The shepherd boy smiled and pointed to Xinghua Mountain Village in the distance.

The word "shepherd boy" in "The shepherd boy points to Xinghua Village in the distance" is not only the subject of this sentence, but also a supplementary explanation of the object of the previous sentence. The shepherd boy responded with actions instead of words. Pedestrians looked in the direction of his finger and saw a wine margarine (the symbol of an ancient hotel) faintly exposed on the top of a tree with red apricots in full bloom.

Due to the widespread circulation of this poem, the three words "Xinghua Village" became the nickname of the restaurant in later generations.
