The fourth is cost advantage. Xuyang Group uses coke oven gas, a by-product of coking, to extract hydrogen. Compared with hydrogen production from fossil fuels, hydrogen from chemical raw materials, and electrolysis of water, it is the lowest cost hydrogen production method; and Xuyang Industrial Park covers hydrogen energy development clusters and In areas with developed transportation, network-based hydrogen energy production and nearby supply have significant comprehensive cost advantages.

The fifth is the technological advantage. Xuyang Group's hydrogen energy project uses industrial by-product gas as raw material, produces methanol and synthetic ammonia through primary purification, and produces high-purity hydrogen and hydrogen for fuel cells through secondary purification. It can flexibly produce a variety of products according to market demand. At present, Hebei Xuyang Energy's hydrogen energy demonstration device with a daily production of 12,000 m3 of high-purity hydrogen (equivalent to 1,000 kg/day) was completed and put into operation in August this year and has achieved external sales of 150,000 m3; the three-in-one hydrogenation station project (Japan) Hydrogen capacity 500 kg) is under preparation.

Sixth, quality advantage.

The quality of Xuyang Group's high-purity hydrogen products is stable. After testing and appraisal by the Shanghai Institute of Metrology and Testing Technology, all 15 indicators met the standards, the pass rate was 100%, and the product purity was over 99.999%, meeting the GB/T3634.2-2011 standard.

Wang Yingqi introduced that Xuyang Group will further comprehensively plan and layout the development of the hydrogen energy industry and promote implementation in the following three stages:

The first stage will focus on hydrogen energy production and hydrogenation stations. The demonstration project is the starting point to incubate the development of Xuyang's hydrogen energy industry.
