How to fill in the entry card on the plane?

The exit registration card can be filled in both Chinese and English. The main contents include name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number, number of escorts, destination (country), occupation, flight (train number) and passenger's signature. Pay attention to the consistency with the contents of the passport when filling in, and the handwriting should be neat. Just check the occupation column in the corresponding column.

First of all, the front:

1. name: fill in pinyin, and be careful to be consistent with your passport.

3. Gender: Just put a cross on the small square in front. Male is male, female is female.

4. Passport number: just fill in the number on the first page of the passport, which should generally start with the letter G.

Most of the following questions are multiple-choice questions. Just put a cross in the appropriate option, and the rightmost one needs to be filled in:

1, occupation: you can write casually, as long as you use English.

4. Last stop city: departure city (such as Shenzhen, written in English).

5. Next stop city: Arrive in the city (such as Bangkok, written in English).

Precautions:

(1) There is also an exit card on the entry card. Write it down together. The contents to be filled in are basically filled in on the exit card. Just change the inbound flight number to the outbound flight number.

(2) After disembarking from the plane, arrive at the lobby, queue up in front of the entry counter to go through customs clearance procedures, hand over the passport and entry card to the entry officer, check the information, then get the entry form, nail the departure form on the passport and return it to the passenger.
