Why can't the hotel in WeChat service see the order?

To view hotel orders in WeChat service, please follow the following steps:

1. Open WeChat and click "I" in the lower right corner.

2. Go to the personal homepage and click "Pay".

3. On the payment page, click "Wallet".

4. On the wallet page, click "Bill".

5. On the billing page, you can see all the order records paid by WeChat.

If you can't find your hotel order in the billing page, it may be because the order has not been confirmed or has expired. You can contact the hotel customer service or inquire through the hotel official website.
