Aircraft Refund Policy during the Epidemic Period

Legal analysis: In the road and waterway passenger stations, online ticketing platforms and other channels, passengers who have purchased tickets for road and waterway passenger lines voluntarily change their itinerary. In the connecting flight, if the passenger changes his visa involuntarily, it shall be handled in accordance with Article 24 of these Provisions; Passengers who voluntarily refuse to refund their tickets shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 25 of these Provisions.
