Correct use of steam electric iron

The five gears of the steam electric iron indicate the temperature of the iron. They are wool, silk, polyester, cotton and hemp. These grades range from low temperature to high temperature, with the lowest ironing temperature for wool and the highest ironing temperature for hemp. Pay special attention to the choice of temperature when ironing, otherwise the ironing effect will not be ideal if the temperature is low, and the clothes will be yellow and damaged if the temperature is high.

Therefore, when ironing clothes, you must first switch from low temperature to high temperature, and pay attention to observation. When the temperature rises to 40-50 degrees, we can spray some water on the ironed clothes.

If your steam electric iron has steam function, it will drip out when the temperature rises to 40-50 degrees (if the temperature can't reach it), and it will turn on the maximum steam when the temperature is high, so the ironing effect is more obvious.

Correct use of steam electric iron

1. Before using the steam iron, the yellow-green double-color wire in the power core should be grounded to prevent electric shock caused by leakage.

2. Lift the front end of the steam electric iron so that the water inlet faces upwards, and slowly inject boiling water from the water inlet with a dose cup. The amount of water added can be determined according to the volume of the hot metal ladle.

3. For the steam electric iron with water glass, you can stand the iron upright, observe the water level in the water tank, and add water when necessary.

4. On the fabric signboard of steam electric iron, the label of fabric name is basically the same as that of temperature regulating electric iron. The difference is that there is a "steam" mark.

5. Turn on the electric iron and turn the temperature control knob to the position between "wool" and "linen", and the indicator light should glow. When the indicator light goes out, it means that the temperature of the iron soleplate has reached the required value. If water has been added to the iron, steam should be sprayed and ironing can be carried out.

6. Steam electric iron can be used for dry ironing. According to the fabric to be ironed, adjust the temperature control knob, select the appropriate soleplate temperature, and then adjust the steam knob to the "0" position.

7. After use, the remaining water in the water tank should be poured out from the water inlet. When pouring, the front end of the iron should be facing down, and the electric bucket should be shaken at the same time, so that the water can be poured out. Then turn the temperature knob to the highest temperature range and turn on the electricity for a few minutes to let all the water in it evaporate. Then cut off the power supply, turn the temperature control knob back to the lowest temperature range, and store it after natural cooling.
