The company is the first high-tech enterprise and listed company in Xinjiang petrochemical industry. The company has a high technical level in downstream product processing and polymer materials in petrochemical industry. At present, we have seven categories of products, such as transparent polypropylene, flame retardant polypropylene and methyl ethyl ketone. It owns Akesu New Century Holiday Hotel and its supporting podium New Century Shopping Center and New Century Digital City projects, holds 0.02% equity of Karamay City Commercial Bank Co., Ltd./KLOC-0, and 66.67% equity of Xinjiang Tian Li Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. The company also established a natural gas pipeline project through joint venture to introduce natural gas from Karamay to Dushanzi. In 2007, the company plans to issue additional shares, and the raised funds will be invested in adipic acid and alcohol ketone projects of 70,000 tons/year respectively.
