Article 4 Mode of payment

(2) When an employee dies, the personnel department may notify his family members to bring relevant certificates to receive wages.

Article 5 Deduction

The following provisions can be deducted from wages:

(1) Individual wage income tax.

(2) Labor insurance expenses.

(3) Matters agreed by the trade union, such as:

1. Temporary payment.

2. Meal and dormitory expenses.

4. Union dues and employee welfare funds.

Article 6 Calculation period and payment date of wages

(1) The salary calculation cycle of monthly salary system is from 18 to 17 of the following month, and it will be paid at the end of that month. When the paid day falls on a holiday, it can be paid in advance of the previous day.

(2) During the wage calculation period based on the daily salary system and the time system, the determined attendance days are taken as the calculation basis; The salary payment date is the same as the monthly salary system and should be paid at the end of the month.

(3) In case of annual salary adjustment during the salary calculation period, the service time from the date of salary adjustment shall be calculated separately.

Article 7 Absence deduction

When an employee evades attendance by cheating or improper reasons or is ordered to stop attendance without reason, the time for failing to perform his duties will not be paid.
