Li and others committed the crime of misappropriating funds in order to pay the transfer money of Shenzhen Airlines equity to Guangkong Group and return the huge debts arising from the acquisition of Shenzhen Airlines equity. On June 5438+February, 2005, Li, Li, Li and Xu conspired to misappropriate 600 million yuan for the acquisition of Dacheng Hotel by Shenzhen Airlines. In April 2006, three people misappropriated 300 million yuan from Shenzhen Airlines to invest in the "Junyi First Riverside" real estate project in Chongqing; From June to July, 2006, Li and others embezzled 654.38+0.2 billion yuan from Shenzhen Airlines.

The money is used to repay the debts of Huirun Company controlled by Li personally. Afterwards, Huirun Company returned165438+700 million yuan to Shenzhen Airlines.
