4. System maintenance: issue administrator key cards (including master card, area card, building number card, floor card, working hour card, etc.). ); Reading data card records; View the operation log.

5. Front desk management: This function is the core part of the system and is used by the front desk operator of the hotel. Responsible for checking in guests, issuing room cards, booking guests, checking out, renewing rooms, changing cards, etc.

After the system is installed, the system needs to be initially set up to enter the normal operation of the system, so it is generally necessary to enter the operator management first and set up the operator; Then select the correct serial port on the initialization card to connect the computer and IC card reader; Enter the room settings, edit (enter) all rooms, issue installation cards, and set the door lock before use (number the door lock); Foreground Management is enabled; System maintenance should be used when necessary.
