Pay attention to the stone mill in grinding bean curd, but it is electric, not completely traditional human or animal power. So if the electric stone mill rotates quickly and uniformly, will the sample and taste of tofu be different from the real traditional way?

The consistency of soybean milk is moderate, and there is indeed a special flavor in the tender and delicious tofu brain. This special fragrance can only be found in traditional crafts including stone mill and firewood? Does the electric stone mill affect the production quality?
