The Relationship between Atour Hotel and Vienna Hotel

There is no direct equity relationship.

Ado Hotel was founded by Wang Haijun, mainly for high-frequency business users. It was still a blue ocean. The Vienna Hotel was acquired by Jinjiang International Hotel Group, which is one of the large comprehensive hotel tourism enterprise groups in China, and owns four listed companies, namely Jinjiang Hotel, Jinjiang Shares, jinjiang investment and Jinjiang Tourism. Although there is no direct equity relationship between Atour Hotel and Vienna Hotel, there is a close relationship in business cooperation and industry exchange.
