How to contact the hotel pick-up service

If the hotel provides free shuttle service, you can find the relevant information in the "Gift" box next to the room type when booking, or indicate it in the hotel's special tips after clicking on the reservation. Please indicate the flight number/train number, arrival time, number of people and contact information in the "More Requirements" when booking tickets. We will contact the hotel to arrange it for you after the order is submitted. If it is not specified, the hotel does not provide free shuttle service. Please contact the hotel directly if you need to arrange a paid shuttle bus/shuttle.
