Is it illegal to rent your own house every day?
It is legal to have a business license, but it is generally illegal to have no business license. According to the law, renting a house every day is legal and belongs to a legitimate industry. The lease term shall be agreed by both parties themselves, and both parties will sign a written lease contract. The lessee shall use the lease item in accordance with the agreed method. If the method of using the lease item is not prescribed or clearly prescribed, and cannot be determined according to the provisions of Article 510 of this Law, it shall be used according to the nature of the lease item.
