Land classification standard

Classification of a specific grade range

(1) Grade I land. 1. Start from Qiupu Avenue in the shopping mall in the south of Anhui, west of the city → connect Chungu South Road in the south → connect Zhouyu Avenue in the east along Zhouyu Avenue → take National Highway 3 18 and National Highway 205 overpass → go north along National Highway 205 → take Jiulian overpass → go south along Zhanghe Avenue to Guantang intersection → go west along the flood control wall to Zhanghe → go north along Zhanghe to Hougang River → go west along Hougang River.

2. Nanling County Economic Development Zone (including Jishan Pioneer Park, Food Industrial Park and Nanling County Jinsui Agricultural Products Processing Park).

3. Xuzhen Town: National Highway 205, east to Fumin Road and Jinger Road, south to the east, middle and north of Weier Road, west to Jason Wu Road, Zhongxing Road and Provincial Highway 355, and north to Xu Huan Road and Xinzhong Lake.

(2) second-class land. Yijiang Town: Liufoqiao Road and Qingyi Road in the east, National Highway 3 18 in the south, Chaiquan Road and Liu Jing Road in the west and Guangdi Road in the north.

(3) third-class places. 1. Lisan Town: National Highway 3 18 in the east, Planning Road and Wu Yuan Road in the east of Xiaochong Village, Planning Road and Sanshui Road in the north of Liu Yuan Road gas station in the south, Yanhe Road, Zhenxing Road and Yuaner Road in the west and Zhenxing Road and Chengqiao Road in the north.

2. Gongshan Town: the river on the east side of 035 County Road and Flower Market in the east, the river on the south side of Jishan Avenue in the south, Huang Chu Expressway in the west and Yungu Road in the north.

3. Jiafa Town: provincial road 2 16 in the east, Zhennan Status Road and Jiajiale Supermarket South Status Road in the south, Rongxiangju Hotel Donghe and provincial road Xihe 2 16 in the west, and county road 074 in the north.

(4) fourth-class places. 1. Wanhe Town: the river on the east side of Binhe Road in the east, Tongjing Road in the south, Laonanya Road in the west and the river on the north side of Guantang Road in the north.

2. Yandun Town: National Highway 3 18, east of the river on the east side of County Road 064, south of the planned road on the north side of National Highway 3 18 and Laozhuang Village, west of the planned road on the west side of CNOOC gas station, and north of the planned road on the north side of National Highway 3 18 and County Road 073.

The above towns refer to the urban planning area where the Town People's Government is located, and this planning area refers to the planned construction land area. The land along the ring road is determined according to the elevation. If the elevation faces the ring road, it is determined as the land grade within the ring road (that is, the higher grade), and the tax rate of this grade is applicable.
