Installation instructions for smart card door locks

1. The door where the lock is installed should meet the installation requirements of this lock:

Door thickness>38MM

Door frame>110MM (only refers to doors with inconsistent door thickness) )

2. For newly built hotels, locks should be installed after interior decoration is completed to prevent damage to the door lock surface during decoration.

3. The door catch should be installed before installing the lock to prevent the handle from being damaged when opening and closing the door. 1. Open the door

Draw a line to open the hole according to the template or opening diagram (Figure 1) provided by the manufacturer. In order to prevent flash edges, use a cutter to cut the wood fibers along the opening line before opening the hole. Be careful when cutting and opening holes. Do not use the actual door lock before the hole to test whether it is suitable.

Pay special attention to the center position of the side hole:

When the door thickness is ≤45MM, the center of the hole should be aligned with the center of the door;

When the door thickness is >45MM , the distance between the center of the hole and the outside of the door is 22.5MM.

2. Install the lock body

① Select the lock body that is consistent with the opening direction of the door (Figure 2);

② Check whether the parts are complete (see Table 1 Packing List), and power on to check whether the door lock function is normal.

③ Start installing the door lock according to the corresponding relationship shown in Figure 3.

Install the lock cylinder, install the lock cylinder 11 into the hole on the door, fix it with screws, and pass the lock cylinder wire through the inside of the door.

Install the lock head: Screw the lock head 14 into the lock cylinder hole until the height of the extended part of the lock head is equal to the height of the front cover.

Install the front lock cover: Put the handle spring into the handle hole of the front lock, put the large square shaft into the lock core extraction hole, align the handle hole of the front cover with the square shaft, and the lock head hole with the lock head. Close the front cover.

Plug-in: Insert the lock core wire plug into the corresponding socket on the computer board on the front lock cover.

Install the rear lock cover: Install the handle spring into the handle hole of the rear lock cover, the small square shaft into the knob hole, and the large square shaft into the lock cylinder fork hole. Align the handle hole of the rear lock cover with the large square shaft, the small square shaft and the small square shaft hole of the lock core, and close the rear lock cover.

Upper fixing screws: Adjust the position of the front and rear lock covers and tighten the four lock cover fixing screws.

Fix the lock head: Adjust the lock position so that its end face is flat with the front lock cover, the lock hole is in a vertical position, and tighten the lock head fixing screw.

Install the battery cover: Insert the battery box into the lock cylinder battery box holder.

Upper side trim panel: Use screws 8 to fix the side trim panel.

Check the door lock

(1) Check whether the handle knob works normally and smoothly;

(2) Whether the key function is normal;

(3) Use the authorization card, setting card, clock card, and master control card to check whether the electrical part of the door lock is normal.

Close the lock cover, check that the door lock function is normal, and then close the lock cover

3. Door frame hole

First, according to the door hole Center and up and down positions Determine the center position of the door frame hole (after the door is closed, the two center positions should be flush) and the up and down position (ensure that the lock tongue can enter the door frame buckle plate hole), and then open the door frame hole according to Figure 4.

4. Install the door lock plate and lock box according to the corresponding relationship shown in Figure 4. Install the door lock plate and lock box according to the corresponding relationship shown in Figure 4.

5. Check whether the door lock bolt and the door frame buckle are aligned.

If it is not aligned, the position of the door frame buckle should be corrected until the door does not move after closing the door.
