How do old hotels compete with new hotels?

I think I'm right about this question, because several of my own stores are recycled by old hotels. Those shops are all dying, closing down at a loss, running away in arrears with wages and rents, and all kinds of situations.

The first two companies I took over were big changes, and I can't wait to start all over again. Then it became lighter and lighter. Up to now, I basically only change my fur, and my flesh and blood won't touch it.

I found an essence: whether it is a high-star hotel or a small hotel, its heavy components, such as partition floor-to-ceiling windows, fire fighting in the ceiling, cold and hot water systems, strong electricity and weak electricity systems, telephone and television monitoring systems, heating and cooling air conditioning systems, exhaust and air supply systems, etc. , also not much difference. These are all intact, just slightly trimmed, and these are the most invested hotels, accounting for more than 60% of hotel investment.

For example, in the picture above, smallpox used to be very common. After I took it, I added a square below it, which made the whole smallpox upscale and more artistic at once, so I didn't have to make a fuss about everything.

This one also has corridor smallpox, which turned out to be flat. I dug it into an irregular square hole, sealed it with a light guide plate, and lit a lamp in the ceiling. Is it more artistic at once?

In the past ten years, our team has been consulting and guiding the renovation of nearly 100 old hotels, and spending a small sum of money has achieved great things. We spend a little money every two years to decorate the soft clothes, so that guests will feel the same when they step into the hotel ten years later as when they opened it.

As a hotel, what I fear most is the opening of a new hotel next door. Wouldn't it be better if our hotel could be as good as new every day?
