When will the meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization be held?

On September 15, during the 29th Yangling Agricultural Hi-Tech Fair, the video of the 2022 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Roundtable on Modern Agricultural Development was held. The meeting was co-sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and the SCO Secretariat. Zhang Tianzuo, Director of the Animal Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China, attended and delivered a speech. Zhang Tianzuo pointed out that it is of great significance for SCO countries to strengthen poverty reduction, agricultural technology exchanges and cooperation, and promote the solution of their own poverty problems, so as to accelerate the global poverty reduction process and promote world economic and social development. China is willing to further strengthen the docking of agricultural and rural policies with SCO countries, deepen the exchange of agricultural science and technology and talents, smooth agricultural trade and investment cooperation, deepen international exchanges on poverty reduction, promote pragmatic cooperation in agricultural technology and rural development, and make an example and more contributions to global poverty reduction. As an important platform for SCO countries to cooperate and exchange experiences and practices in the agricultural field, since 20 19, the SCO Roundtable on Modern Agricultural Development has been successfully held for four times. The theme of this year's conference is "Poverty Reduction and Agricultural Technology Exchange and Cooperation", and representatives of agricultural departments from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan 15 SCO countries participated online.
