The construction site is an advanced hotel invested by Shanghai Yi Bin Property Service Co., Ltd. and contracted by Shanghai Jinhui Construction Group Co., Ltd. The hotel project officially started on 20 19 12 12. Due to the epidemic in Shanghai, it was suspended for half a year and started in June 2020. It is expected to start in August 2023. The main building of the project is divided into Block A (15 floor), Block B (12 floor), three-story podium and basement, with a total construction area of100000 square meters.
