How to live every day in Baoshan Road Prison, Fengquan District, Xinxiang City, Henan Province

1. Clothing: According to regulations, prisoners must wear uniforms in prison. Generally speaking, the prison will issue two pieces of summer clothes, two pieces of spring and autumn clothes, two pieces of winter clothes (cotton coats), two pairs of shoes, two quilts, one bunk, one bed cover, one quilt cover and one sheet. In summer, mats are issued. A thermos, a bucket, and a cup. All are numbered. Winter underwear has no hair. You need to bring it yourself or send it in. All clothes sent in must be marked before they can be worn. One duffel bag per person to store personal belongings.

2. Food: Food standards are similar in various places. Three meals a day, breakfast at 6:30, porridge and pickles, lunch at 12:00, with meat. At six o'clock in the evening, vegetables and pickles. Enough food. Definitely full. In fact, there are quite a few leftovers every day. If the inmates have money on their cards and perform well, they can go to the cafeteria to stir-fry for NT$10 to NT$20 per serving, instead of having to eat from a big pot. If you feel hungry at night, you can only make instant noodles. It is absolutely not allowed to light a fire for cooking in the prison cell.

Boiling water is supplied uniformly, with no limit.

Accommodation: 8 to 12 people in a dormitory, with bunk beds, tiled floors, electric fans, lockers, toilets and sinks. There is a tap. Lock and turn off the lights when sleeping at night.
