Now that we understand the nature of dreams and the reasons for dreaming, how can we reduce the number of nightmares?

1. Reduce the source of bad clips, which is the same as filming. If you have never seen or touched something, it's hard to imagine it. Therefore, in order to reduce the bad stimulation, you should watch more healthy, beneficial and relaxing movies or novels, and watch as little as possible, or watch no movies or novels that are easy to form nightmare scenes, which can effectively avoid the bad stimulation from being stored in memory.

3. Reduce external stimuli and prevent the adverse effects of external factors. Pay attention to the sleeping position. Science shows that it is better to sleep horizontally (ergonomics shows that the best sleeping position is right horizontal, which is caused by human physiological structure, and human heart works on the left).
