Construction standard of four-star hotel

The configuration of four-star hotels mainly needs the following aspects:

It needs no less than 60 rooms, sound insulation and two presidential suites.

Dining needs no less than 120 people.

We need a western restaurant and four meeting rooms (business meeting room, multifunctional meeting room, VIP reception room and ordinary meeting room).

Need to be equipped with a bathroom, KTV, gym, recreation room, business center (if the foreign-related business center undertakes the customized business of air tickets and train tickets), shopping center, coffee bar, lobby bar, valuables storage room and breakfast restaurant. It will be more complicated if the hotel is in the city. If you want to run a four-star hotel, you need to consult the Tourism Bureau first. Remember to do a good job in fire control and environmental assessment before preparation.
