The network security level protection measures are formulated according to the Regulations on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems issued by the State Council 1994 and the Basic Requirements for the Security Level Protection of Information Security Technology Information Systems issued in 2008, which is referred to as equal security in the industry, namely the current equal security 1.0.
