Huachang Dragon Valley was built on 20 17. The Longzhigu project was originally named as Qiaobei G75 plot, and was won by Huachang at a land price of 585 million yuan in February of 20 17. This will be a world-class indoor amusement park and the largest indoor theme park in Asia. Dragon Valley is located at No.69 Yanshan Avenue, east of Pearl Spring in Pukou District, covering an area of 500 mu. It is the largest private amusement park in Asia at present.

The composition of the Dragon Valley

Huachang Dragon Valley is the largest indoor high-end cultural tourist attraction in Asia invested by Shanghai Huachang Group with nearly 10 billion yuan. The project is located in Tianjingwa area of Laoshan Tourism Resort in Pukou District, Nanjing, north of Yanshan Avenue and south of Sanhe Quarry, with planned roads in the east and Laoshan Mountain in the west.

The total land area is more than 400,000 square meters, including large-scale land and water theme parks, honeycomb hotels, large parking lots and other supporting facilities. It is a high-end resort integrating leisure, entertainment, hotels, conference centers and commerce. The project is scheduled to open on 202 1, and it is expected to receive 6 million tourists, provide more than 3,000 local jobs, and the tax revenue will exceed 100 million yuan.

The project is mainly composed of six exhibition halls, among which Hall A is a tourist distribution center, Hall B is a science and technology museum, Hall C is a tropical rain forest museum, Hall D is an aquarium, Hall E is a children's museum, and Hall F is the largest indoor cave museum in China. The amusement park consists of five core plates: Dragon Valley Town, Fantasy Future, Rainforest Secret Land, Storm Beach and Dragon Zang Valley.
