Dongguan South Railway Station is located in Lincun Village, Tangxia Town, Dongguan City.

Dongguan South Railway Station is the only station in Dongguan section of Jiangxi-Shenzhen high-speed railway, which was opened to traffic at the end of 20021. By then, it will take less than half an hour to travel from Tangxia to Shenzhen and less than two hours to Ganzhou, and other railways can reach East China, Central China and North China. Dongguan South Railway Station, located in Tangxia Lincun community, is the only station in Dongguan section of Jiangxi-Shenzhen high-speed railway.

Dongguan South Railway Station is a first-class station under the jurisdiction of China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd., a hub station of Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed railway and guangzhou-shenzhen railway, and an important comprehensive transportation hub in the southeast of Dongguan. It is reported that the relocation and resettlement area of Ganshen high-speed railway in Tangxia Town is located near the entrance of Tian Xin of Huitang Expressway (S22), covering an area of about 150 mu. At the intersection of Linzhang Road (the former Tangxia section of Zhangmutou Avenue) and Lin Dian Road, the present situation is farmland and a few factories.

At present, the preparatory work has been basically completed, and construction is expected to start at the end of this year. After completion, it will meet the demand of residents for expropriation and resettlement and provide better living space for residents.
